Hi everyone,
We’re back with exciting news — our latest version is here!
Important:
With this update, you’ll need to update all your agents to the latest version for remote access to function properly. Additionally, please review your policies and update the agent settings to enable remote capabilities.
The new tray icon is required for attended remote access, so make sure it’s enabled in policy settings after the update.
Introducing the New User Tray Icon!
We’re introducing a fully customizable Tray Icon that gives you even more ways to engage with your users!
This update also adds a new remote access experience, allowing users to accept or decline access requests — perfect for situations where confidentiality is essential.
As the administrator, you have full control over remote access behavior through your policy settings.

New: Device Labels for a Clearer Overview
New device labels provide a clearer overview, and the new automation policy preview allows you to see which policies are applied to each device.

New: Shutdown & Reboot Actions
No more going through remote shell → select script → execute! You can now shut down or reboot your devices instantly — quicker and easier than ever! 🙂

Agent Policy Controls
With the new agent settings, you can now decide how often a device synchronizes with the server and even override the global auto-update setting based on the assigned policy.
Do you have devices where no or limited remote access is needed? You can now enable or disable specific remote features—or the entire service—per policy. These settings are managed directly by the remote devices, so make sure they’ve synced the latest policy.
You can also define whether unattended access is allowed or if user confirmation is required before connecting!

Additional Enhancements and Fixes
- The remote agent service connection behavior has been completely overhauled. After a system reboot, the remote connection is now re-established automatically as soon as the device regains network connectivity. We’ve also fixed edge cases where certain security programs could silently block the connection.
- The last active user now correctly reflects RDP sessions.
- Linux software inventory now supports additional package managers: Yum, Zypper, Pacman, and DNF.
- Remote screen control now uses fewer CPU resources and about 33% less bandwidth, resulting in a noticeable performance boost.
- The NetLock RMM agent installer now supports hidden and no-log parameters.
And many more small tweaks and improvements.
